Barista

We need a person who prepares and serves espresso-based coffee drinks.  This position is part-time on weekends only.

Daily Responsibilities

1. Greet customers in a pleasant, courteous manner and introduce any specials
2. Receive drink orders from customers in a hospitable manner and serve food on needed basis
3. Register skills for ringing up orders, collect money from customers and count back change.
4. Minimize counter clutter and attend to customer needs
   
5. General cleaning as necessary and as directed by your manager/supervisor
6. All other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor

* Must have strong interpersonal skills and a cheerful attitude.
* Must be able to read, write and speak English.Ability to work well as part of a team.
* Maintain clean, neat appearance and good personal hygiene.
* Be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
* Be able to work in a fast paced environment

 

Bartender

We are looking for a part-time bartender for happy hours Tuesday-Sunday.  This position will grow into a full time position when we open for dinners.

1. Must have 3 years expereince 
   
2. You will over see the bar program doing monthly inventories, weekly ordering, designing signature and seasonal cocktails.
3. Must be personable with customers

 

Cook

We are looking for at least 3-4 years cooking experience, breakfast & lunch cook needs to know how to cook any style eggs, omelettes, and make sandwiches. Dinner cooks require experience with pastas, fish and steaks

1. Must have good cooking skills
2. Is responsible for the preparation of all necessary food items for daily service in a professional, safe, and eye-appealing manner. Ensures that line presentation is well stocked and garnished. 
   
3. Must have good communication skills
4. Assists in menu planning and recipe formulation
   
5. Orders stock and maintains production records
   
6. Must have experience with all stations on the line
7. 
   Maintains the orderliness and sanitation specifications of the work area including counters, equipment, and storage areas.
8. English is a must
9. Need to have solid references
10. Must be able to work well with other Kitchen and FOH staff and be a team player
